The Fun Specialist can be likened to a chef. The Fun Specialist learns the goals of the dinner (in your case, the meeting both for the company, management and the audience). She will use your ingredients (contents of the event), but will create a new recipe and new presentation.

She has a variety of ways to do grab the attention of the audience and keep their attention.  The process flows through the following phases. This process is heavy in creativity. The Fun Specialist will build a program using your ingredients, but adding new spices and techniques to make it delicicious, stimulating and memorable.
